Twisting Lunge
With your right leg, step across your body to the left (the 11 o’clock position if you were standing on a clock). Bend your knees until your right thigh is parallel to the floor, as you twist your torso to right. Stand up. Do 1 set, then switch legs and repeat.

Stability Ball Leg Curl
Squeeze your glutes, lift your hips off the floor, bend your knees, and roll the ball toward your butt with your heels. Extend your legs, rolling the ball out. Repeat without lowering your hips.

With a 2-or 3-pound dumbbell tucked behind your left knee, rotate your leg from the hip and draw 5 to 6 circles with your knee in both directions. Switch legs.
