together 1½ c sugar and 1 package (1.59 oz) “no-cook freezer jam fruit pectin” (we used Ball) in a bowl. Be sure to buy the right type!
- WHISK 1 c raspberries, 1 c blackberries, and 2 c strawberries (hulled and quartered) in another bowl until fruit is a chunky puree.
- MASH sugar and pectin into the bowl with the fruit and stir until very well combined. This will take 2 to 3 minutes.
- POUR jam into four 8 oz freezer jam jars (either glass or plastic), let stand until set, about 30 minutes, and freeze.

Add 3 Tbsp lemon juice.Plum: Peel, pit, and cut up fruit. Add ⅛ tsp ground cloves, if you like.Strawberry or Raspberry: Hull and quarter strawberries. For raspberries, simply rinse.Apricot Blueberry: Pit and cut up apricots to make 3 c. Add 1 c blueberries.Nectarine Raspberry: Peel, pit, and cut up nectarines to make 2 c. Add 2 c raspberries and 1½ Tbsp lemon juice.
