Use a powder shadow or gel liner. They glide on easily and look the most natural. Also, invest in an eyeliner brush with slightly angled bristles–it helps draw a line that’s not too thick or thin without having to pull delicate skin taut. First, apply eye shadow; its powdery texture primes lids so liner glides on. Then line your lids from the inner to outer corners; moving in this direction helps eliminate drag. Line just your top lashes to create a subtle look; for added definition, line your lower lids, too. When lining all around, make sure your top and bottom liner meet at the outer corners of your eyes–it’ll give them a little lift.   Bobbi’s Top Tips Take 5, 10, or more years off with Bobbi’s insider makeup secrets at prevention.com/bobbi.
