  2. Go for a run because it will strengthen our hips—not hurt them. 
  3. Consume calcium and vitamin D prior to working out to keep our bones strong.
  4. Psychoanalyze our relationships, using this information.
  5. Make sure we take our fish oil to lower our breast cancer risk. 
  6. Talk to our kids about eating healthfully without using weight as the reason.
  7. Finally, we’re checking the water at our vacation spots so our hair looks fabulous.
