Lunge With Knee Lift

  Stand tall with hands resting lightly on back of chair. Shift weight onto right leg. Place instep of left foot next to right heel so left toes point out (not shown). Squeezing left buttock, lift left foot up and back at a 45-degree angle until it’s 6 to 10 inches off floor (pictured). Slowly lower. Do 12 to 15 reps, then switch legs.
